ROMAN's ECO-988 is a pigmented, water-based wallcovering primer - ideal for use in new construction and with permeable or micro-vented wallcoverings. ECO-988 dries to a durable, white finish and protects the wall surface during double-cutting. ECO-988 applies easily with a paint roller or paint brush. It is water-based and can be cleaned up easily with water. ECO-988 is Zero VOC, CDPH 01350 compliant, and may contribute to the awarding of LEED points.
